About the Role
As the Event Coordinator at Eldercares Head Office you will play a key role in creating well-organised and meaningful corporate events that will bring our staff together- from launch events to our biannual business gatherings to our annual Corporate Christmas Party and everything in-between. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events managing expectations and budgets
Liaise with venues vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Undertake event-specific tasks including setup/pack-down staff briefings and stakeholder management
Ensure brand consistency across all event activities
Prepare reports and maintain templates guides and procedures for events
Collaborate with the Marketing team and provide support as required
