Job Summary
McWilliams Heating Cooling & Plumbing is growing and were looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Richmond TX. If youre a motivated customer-focused plumber who knows how to diagnose repair and sell the right solutions this is a great opportunity to join a company with strong values steady work and a supportive team culture.
What Youll Do
- Perform residential plumbing service calls including diagnostics repairs and replacements
- Present and explain options to customers (we love techs who can educate and sell with integrity)
- Install water heaters faucets toilets disposals water filtration and other residential fixtures
- Accurately complete paperwork records and ServiceTitan entries
- Maintain a clean truck professional appearance and great customer service
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications for our next Service Plumber:
- Valid plumbing license preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
