What Youll Do as a Plumbing Sales Advisor

- Perform thorough system assessments and diagnostics
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
- Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
- Build trust through consultative selling no high-pressure tactics
- Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Document all findings and recommendations using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the McWilliams brand with integrity
