Werelooking for a reliable and proactive Security & Amenities Supervisor to support the safe secure and smooth operation of our school facilities during after-school activities and external lettings.

This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on site leading by example and providing excellent customer service to a wide range of users. Youll play a keypartin ensuring our pupils colleagues visitors and external customers feel safe welcomed and well supported at all times.

This is a newly created role within our evolving Estates and Security structure designed to strengthen on-site supervision and support as our school continues to grow and develop. Alongside this post we are also recruiting a Security & Amenities Managerand a Security & Amenities Operative creating a small dedicated team focused on maintaining a safe welcoming and well-managed site for our school community and external users.

The Role

As Security & Amenities Supervisoryoullwork closelywithanddeputisefor theSecurity & Amenities Manager providing on-site supervision during evenings and weekends.

Your role will include:

  • Supervising security cover and staffing levels across shift patterns
  • Carrying out regularsite patrols and security checks
  • Monitoring access points exits and site activity challenging unsafe or inappropriatebehaviourwhere needed
  • Acting as themain on-site contact for external lettings ensuring excellent customer service
  • Supporting safe access for out-of-hours activitiestripsand lettings
  • Ensuring facilities are left securetidyand correctly set up or closed down
  • Working with Estates and Amenities teams to support events roomsetupsand equipment
  • Monitoring and reporting on the swimming pool in line with procedures
  • Supporting access control processes including staff ID cards (with HR approval)
  • This role requires aflexible approach with regular evening and weekend working as part of arota.

This role requires flexibility including evening and weekend working to ensureappropriate securitycoverage across the school year.

Werelooking for a professional approachable supervisor with experience in site securityfacilitiesorestateswork who isconfidentoverseeing shifts dealing with incidents and delivering excellent customer calm under pressureorganisedreliableand committed to safeguarding andhigh standardsacross the site.
