Looking for Architects to support our growing customer base on the AWS . This position will play a key role in Service and Solution Design and Architecture for cloud migrations for VMWare workloads to AWS. Immediate Joiners preferred.
What will your job look like
You will
- Own the AWS cloud customer engagements including architectural design sessions and specific implementation projects.
- Ensure solutions exhibit high levels of performance security scalability maintainability and appropriate reusability and reliability.
- Be the voice of the customer share insights and best practices and connect with engineering teams to remove key blockers.
- Responsible for migrating solutions to the AWS platform- Provides design implementation testing maintenance delivery and support for the full life cycle of activities related to systems and accounts in AWS Cloud environment using customer provided Patterns.
- Understand the customers application portfolio priorities and success measures to migrate infrastructure and applications using the principles of DevOps and automation.
- Apply technical knowledge and customer criteria to create a cloud modernization roadmap.
- Collaborate with other cloud architects include Customers Public Cloud Solution Architect to develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions on the AWS platform.
All you need is...
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Total Experience - 8 to 12 years
- Expertise in AWS
- Experience in IaC
- Experience in DevOps & Agile methodology
- Experience with AWS solution components
- Strong hands-on experience including infrastructure automation tools Terraform & Ansible
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) tools like Github actions
- Linux/Python/Bash or PowerShell/Windows
- Experience with security networking middleware databases and infrastructure as code
- Certification (if any will be a plus)
Required Gen Skills
- Experience with Large Language Models (e.g. GPT Claude)
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)
- Prompt engineering and optimization
- Model fine-tuning and customization
Tools & Frameworks
- Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
- Python APIs and SDKs for AI integration
- Cloud platforms (AWS)
