Job Description
Role Overview
The Solution Consultant Global Consulting will implement Basware solutions for customers ensuring adherence to country-specific requirements while delivering seamless AP automation. The role spans design build testing and post-go-live support requiring strong implementation expertise and customer engagement skills.
Compliance Focus
This role demands a proactive approach to regulatory compliance ensuring that all configurations integrations and workflows meet local statutory requirements such as e-invoicing e-reporting and tax mandates. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through compliance best practices while embedding these requirements into the solution design and delivery process.
Design Phase
- Analyse existing integration rules and formats.
- Design field updates and mapping for AP Automation and Network integrations.
- Support API notification and E-Reporting content mapping.
Build & SIT (System Integration Testing)
- Configure invoicing addresses endpoints and entity settings in Network and AP Automation
- Update import configuration files and mapping for new fields and business rules.
- Execute end-to-end testing document findings and propose resolutions.
- Implement E-Invoicing lifecycle setup E-Reporting Directory API and portal entity registration.
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Prepare test scenarios and plans.
- Support customer UAT identify defects and document findings.
- Analyse issues develop fixes and ensure resolution documentation.
Move to Production
- Prepare and execute Go-Live activities.
- Ensure smooth transition and readiness for production.
Hypercare (Post-Go-Live Support)
- Provide support for reported issues during Hypercare phases.
- Identify and resolve defects document resolutions and ensure system stability.
