Were looking for a well-rounded person who has experience working on Agile team facilitating SCRUM processes and supporting customer releases/feature implementations -Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviews current internal systems and platforms and makes recommendations to the backlog to implement feature updates or bug fixes
2. Facilitates scrum processes protects the team from interference and helps remove impediments so that the team can deliver sprint goals and PI objectives.
3. Researches market trends and creates product requirements documents which capture business reasons for new ITS products or services
4. Establishes core knowledge of industry norms and stays abreast of latest developments
5. Understands key technologies and platforms integration best practices and incorporation of third party APIs and open source/reusable components
6. Develops internal relationships with Product Owners to facilitate product implementation throughout other divisions
7. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish initial product buy-in and with quality assurance and project management to facilitate acceptance testing of releases
8. Works with communications to develop user guides training and training schedules for different stakeholder groups
9. Participates in the planning for future changes to products and services
10. Analyzes product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience and product performance Complexity
11. Works with business partners within one department to develop technology solutions that align with business and technical strategies
12. Manages one product or service
13. Serves as a product team member

Qualifications:

1. 0-2 years experience in developing innovative technical products.
2. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Economics or similar discipline or equivalent work experience
3. Knowledge of several software development life cycle methodologies; Agile SCRUM is desirable
4. Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira Confluence)
5. Strong analytical teamwork leadership critical thinking multitasking and time management skills and the ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization
