What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain Celonis integrations including ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines and data connectors leveraging SQL Python and the Celonis Platform.

• Lead the design development and implementation of data models and ETL solutions to integrate functional data into Celonis.

• Build process intelligence solution views analyses and dashboards to enable actionable insights for clients.

• Design and implement scalable data ingestion processes from ERP systems and third-party applications.

• Ensure reliable and secure connections to source systems using technologies such as JDBC for database connectivity and Kafka for real-time data streaming.

• Perform ETL operations troubleshoot data connections and validate large datasets for accuracy and performance.

• Optimize Celonis data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability.

• Design develop and implement audit processes to ensure data integrity from application platforms to Celonis.

• Govern access rights for Celonis processes and maintain operational support for the Celonis production platform.

• Collaborate with clients Celonis teams and third-party resources to align technical delivery with project goals.

• Participate in workshops demos and client-facing sessions to showcase technical capabilities.

• Facilitate and lead the establishment of governance and Process Intelligence best practices.

• Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:

• A minimum of 6 years overall experience with at least 4 years hands-on in Celonis or process mining tools.

• Strong understanding of process mining methodologies process improvement frameworks and business process management (BPM).

• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL (must-have) Python and data modeling.

• Expertise in ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.

• Proven experience with Celonis features and capabilities including data model optimization.

• Ability to interpret complex data and deliver meaningful business insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Celonis Analyst and Data Engineer certifications.

• Experience with streaming technologies (e.g. Kafka) for real-time data integration.

• Proven experience with ERP systems and related databases.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and enterprise change initiatives.

• Exposure to process automation best practices and governance frameworks.
