Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Application Manager to lead the oversight optimization and lifecycle management of enterprise applications in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for ensuring business-critical systems operate efficiently securely and in alignment with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to manage application performance support cross-functional initiatives and drive continuous improvement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise applications (planning implementation optimization and support)

Manage system performance availability scalability and security

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions

Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate incident resolution

Supervise application updates integrations and enhancements

Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards

Develop and maintain system documentation process workflows and technical procedures

Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

Coordinate with vendors internal IT teams and external partners as needed

Support digital transformation and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field

5 years of experience in application management IT systems management or related technical roles

Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)

Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fully remote environment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing SaaS platforms and enterprise business systems (ERP CRM HRIS etc.)

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with automation tools and monitoring platforms

Prior experience managing remote or distributed technical teams
