Pay: HK$19764 to HK$24023 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative secretarial and clerical support for the daily operation and task implementation of various administrative service functions in Family Medicine Clinics and Business Support Services Office in Wong Chuk Hang Hospital including but not limited to prepare presentation papers or reports take meeting notes and/or draft email correspondences.
2. Assist in the coordinating returns perform data input and analysis documentation and records keeping.
3. Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings programmes and/or activities.
4. Assist in asset management procurement & material management at local level including asset data stock-taking and asset disposal.
5. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely support to clinics and hospital.
6. Perform clinic visits inspections and emergency on-site support as needed.
7. Perform general clerical duties and any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates; OR
2. Completed F.5/S.5 with:
i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR
ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
AND diploma in a specialized function
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience in providing secretariat / executive support in healthcare setting.
2. Experience in working in ERPS (Oracle) environment and EAM will be an advantage.
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in PC applications including English and Chinese word processing MS Word Excel PowerPoint and etc.
5. Good communication interpersonal and organization skills.
6. Strong team spirit able to work independently under pressure and accomplish tasks within tight schedule and dedicated to quality service.
7. High flexibility and adaptability to perform diverse administrative duties.
8. Willing to work in different working locations on a project basis to meet service needs of the department if required.
