What Youll Do:

Architect maintain and optimize Proxmox virtualization environments (KVM LXC) including templates cloud-init automation and scalable infrastructure design.
Manage and tune ZFS Ceph LVM storage pools and implement reliable backup & disaster recovery strategies using Proxmox Backup Server.
Design and administer network segmentation (bridges VLANs routing) to improve performance security and overall infrastructure observability.
Automate workflows and reduce operational overhead using Ansible Terraform and scripting ensuring consistent and efficient deployments.
Lead monitoring alerting and capacity planning serve as the infrastructure expert and drive reliability best practices while mentoring the team.

What You Need:

5 years of experience in Systems Engineering Infrastructure or DevOps with deep hands-on Linux expertise (Debian/Ubuntu).
Strong proficiency in Proxmox VE including KVM LXC and virtualization best practices.
Solid background in storage technologies especially ZFS (required) with bonus experience in Ceph.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as VLANs routing and TCP/IP.
Advanced scripting and automation skills using Bash/Python plus experience with Ansible Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
