Job Summary

As a Full-time Analyst in the Chase Digital Development Programme you will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming customer experiences and developing innovative offerings. Your time will be made up of three eight-month rotations so you can see what goes into developing intuitive experiences from start to will have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business learn from diverse leadership styles and gain hands-on experience in product management. Your role will involve generating fresh ideas strategizing collaborating with developers and engineers and working closely with our customer experience team to deliver exceptional digital banking solutions.

After successfully completing the program highly-motivated Analysts will be on track for increased responsibilities and career growth opportunities. Well support you to explore opportunities within ICB to find the right role for you.

• Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program with a graduation date between May 2025 and July 2026 available to start full-time in July 2026.

• Fresh ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
• Interest in fintech; digital experiences

• Demonstrated leadership experience in school university or community

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• A second European language could be beneficial; if applicable please indicate other European languages on your application including the level of proficiency
