Job Summary
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a strategic School Business Manager to lead the operations of an Outstanding secondary school in Camden. This is a high-impact Senior Leadership Team (SLT) position.

Start Date: April 2026.
Contract: Full-time permanent.
Manage a multi-million pound budget lead the HR function and oversee large-scale capital premises projects.
Lead a productive administrative faculty within a scholarly well-ordered environment.

Salary and Benefits NJC Scale Point 3543 offered () with negotiation available for candidates with extensive senior-level experience in similar secondary settings.
