Lindab Group is scaling its global Talent Acquisition capabilities to attract exceptional talent strengthen our employer brand and build a diverse future-ready workforce. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will report to the Performance & Development Manager within Group HR.

These are the things we want to hire you to do:

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist your mission will be to help shape and professionalise how Lindab Group attracts and hires talent across our markets. You will play a key role in developing and executing a global Talent Acquisition strategy including governance processes and tools that support high-quality inclusive hiring.

You will contribute to building scalable tech-enabled recruitment processes and a clear recruitment playbook. A central part of the role is driving employer branding and EVP activation through talent marketing and modern recruitment practices. You will also work closely with HR and business leaders to enable hiring excellence by supporting managers improving candidate experience and ensuring consistency across regions.

One of your key tasks will be leading the continuation of global rollout of Jobylon as our recruitment platform ensuring successful implementation adoption and optimization across all markets.

This is examples of experiences we think youll bring:

• Relevant or equivalent experience education within Human Resources Business Administration or similar.
• Several years of experience working with Talent Acquisition recruitment or employer branding
• Experience of developing or working with structured recruitment processes governance and tools.
• Experience in implementing or managing recruitment platforms (Jobylon experience is a plus but not required) and driving adoption across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and hiring manager collaboration.
• Experience working in an international or multi-country context is considered a strong advantage.
• You have deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
• You have a solid understanding of employer branding and candidate experience and experience working with data tools and continuous improvement within TA.
