BOSS Fire is looking for a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Taren Point. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables
  • Provide feedback to improve client service processes
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and report findings

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in client services or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
