Human Resources designs implements and delivers human resource programs and policies including recruitment talent management diversity and inclusion compensation and benefits among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Talent Acquisition attracts identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organizations talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments testing and reference checking and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third party recruiting agencies prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions and manages new employee induction.
Qualifications
- At least 2 year relevant experience in Onboarding new hires
- Onboarding
- Perform end to end onboarding process
- Rollout verbal offer
- Contract creation and pre-employment/statutory requirements monitoring and update
- Medical exam and Background check completion monitoring and update
- Provide onboarding and access management instruction to hiring managers
- Data Management
- Update tracker/s and generate reports
- Workday Management
- Others
- Act as back-up initial interviewer

- Takes the lead in effectively applying and teaching new processes and skills in order to accomplish a wide variety of assignments
- Comprehensive knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise
- Performs the most complex and technically challenging work within area of specialization
- Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions for team
- Works independently to interpret and apply company procedures to complete work
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members
- May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise
