New Brunswick Counseling Center (NBCC) is seeking a Part-Time Security Driver/Guard (Mount Holly Location)to support our Mobile Unit operations and help maintaina safe secure and professional environment for clients and staff. This position supports mobile outreach services by providing transportation security oversight and light administrativeassistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safelyoperateand transport the NBCC Mobile Unit to scheduled community locations
- Maintain the safety and security of the mobile unit staff clients and surrounding area
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report concerns promptly
- Monitor access to the mobile unit and address unauthorized activity when necessary
- Respond to security situations and emergencies appropriately
- Provide First Aid/CPR when needed
- Assistwith mobile unit setup breakdown cleanliness and sanitation
- Support agency safety protocols inspections and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ValidSORA Certification(must be current)
- ValidNJ Drivers Licensewith a clean driving record
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum1 year of security and/or professional driving experience preferably in healthcare mental health or community settings
- Ability tolift upto 25lbs.and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Schedule
- Part-Time 1516 hours per week
- Two days per week (daytime schedule)
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
Work Environment
Position involvesoperatinga mobile healthcare vehicle walking standing and moderate physical activity including lifting and setup duties.
