Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Champion service standards across all Spa Botanica locations ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
- Lead hiring scheduling and ongoing education for licensed spa professionalswe grow talent from within.
- Collaborate with hotel sales to drive spa revenue through group business partnerships.
- Own your P&L like a proprepare budgets track results and steer toward profitability.
- Manage inventory retail and product supply so the shelves are always stocked and the spa runs smoothly.
- Drive marketing efforts both online and in the community to keep our spas buzzing with guests.
What We Are Looking For:
- Supervisory Spa Experience: At least one year leading a spa or salon teambecause this role is about coaching and lifting others.
- Financial Acumen: Youll speak confidently about revenue budgets and spa profitabilityits not just wellness its a business.
- Strong Tech Skills: From spreadsheets to systems youll use digital tools to streamline operations and improve results.
- Excellent Communication: Clear kind and persuasiveyour words move teams and inspire guests.
