Job Description

What You Will Do:

Champion service standards across all Spa Botanica locations ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
Lead hiring scheduling and ongoing education for licensed spa professionalswe grow talent from within.
Collaborate with hotel sales to drive spa revenue through group business partnerships.
Own your P&L like a proprepare budgets track results and steer toward profitability.
Manage inventory retail and product supply so the shelves are always stocked and the spa runs smoothly.
Drive marketing efforts both online and in the community to keep our spas buzzing with guests.

What We Are Looking For:

Supervisory Spa Experience: At least one year leading a spa or salon teambecause this role is about coaching and lifting others.
Financial Acumen: Youll speak confidently about revenue budgets and spa profitabilityits not just wellness its a business.
Strong Tech Skills: From spreadsheets to systems youll use digital tools to streamline operations and improve results.
Excellent Communication: Clear kind and persuasiveyour words move teams and inspire guests.
