Job Skills / Requirements
Available Shift:
Full Time / Part Time
Pay: $24/hour
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have previous security experience
- Must have current or renewable WI State Security License
- HS Diploma GED or HS Equivalency
- Must have computer skills including database experience
- Must have experience with CCTV/camera systems
- Must be able to perform walking patrols and tours
- Must be able to stand walk or sit for extended periods of time
- Must past on-site drug test at time of hire
Objectives:
- Ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees with active patrolling and monitoring of the campus and a strong professional appearance and attitude
- Safeguard personnel company assets customers and visitors
- Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they arise
- Collaborate with on-site team and management and with Per Mar supervisors
Responsibilities:
- Provide access control in and out of the gate: logging all trucks vans etc.
- Walking patrol of the campus inside and outside to secure buildings doors gates etc. regardless of weather conditions
- Monitor surveillance and access control equipment and perform inspections
- Complete daily reports as needed
- Investigate and take appropriate action as situations arise
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced skills with computers security equipment and surveillance systems
- Experience in one of the following fields:
- Security
- Law Enforcement/Political Science
- Military
- Criminal Justice/Corrections
- Military/EMS
