Hold current CT State certification (305)
Elementary/Primary school experience preferred
Familiar with Common Core State Standards
Skilled at integrating technology with 21st Century learning skills
Demonstrated excellence in teaching
Able to direct and supervise instructional assistants
Must be flexible and be able to work with others
Other duties as determined by the principal
Computer literate
Ability to use date to make instructional decisions
