Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor looking to take the next step in a premium automotive environment I am recruiting for my client who has an excellent opportunity to join a professional fast-paced aftersales team where your skills experience and dedication will be genuinely valued.

The Role

As a Service Advisor youll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs. Youll play a key role in delivering a smooth transparent and high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clarity and professionalism
Explaining recommended work costs and timescales in a clear and transparent way
Preparing accurate estimates invoices and service documentation
Liaising closely with technicians to schedule work and provide regular progress updates
Building strong customer relationships and handling enquiries or concerns calmly and confidently
Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services or products where appropriate
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and service transactions

What Were Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (experience within a premium automotive brand is highly desirable)
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport
A professional confident approach even in challenging situations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using IT systems (full training on in-house systems provided)
Ability to thrive in a busy fast-paced environment
