Introduction

Advance BCD/BCDlite technology development enabling best-in-class devices to fulfill requirements from top design customers.

Your Job.

Own key customers and process development lots
Co-ordination of unit process experiments/development with fab modules
Supporting High Voltage process/device debugging
Support High Voltage process/device-testing methodology/techniques
Development phase High Voltage Device /Process characterization
Support prototypes technical logistics & execution

Required Qualifications:

Education: BS in Electrical Engineering or related field)
Years of Experience: 8 years process integration or technology development or device engineering experience
Fluency in English Language written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience in technology / process development or device engineering is preferred
Native English speaker is preferred
