TRG Screen is lookingfora skilled and experiencedNetwork Support Engineerto join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations troubleshooting and support with a focus onmaintaininghigh availability and performance of enterprise network systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor troubleshoot andmaintainLAN/WAN infrastructure routers switches firewalls and VPNs.

• Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and uptime.

• Perform network performance tuning and capacity planning.

• Implement andmaintainnetwork security protocols and compliance standards.

• Manage network documentation diagrams and change control processes.

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

• Assistin network upgrades migrations and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• 5 years ofhands-onexperience in network support or administration.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs and subnetting.

• Experience with Cisco Juniper or Fortinet devices.

• Proficiencyin configuring and troubleshooting firewalls VPNs and load balancers.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds PRTG or Nagios.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CCNA CCNP or equivalent.

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS Azure).

• Exposure to SD-WAN VoIP and wireless technologies.

• Hands-onexperience inSophos XG FirewallCentral Endpoint orIntercept X
