3 BDMs 1 Inside Sales Country Director and 1 Key Account Manager

Role description:
Mid-market to Enterprise; new business focus
MM average ARR 10K20K hardware/installation fees)
Full-cycle ownership: Typical deal size 50K100K; long value-driven sales cycles
Some new logo acquisition through inbound-qualified leads (cold outbound not required but is a plus)
Collaborative team-based sales involving technical experts (IT AV software)
Consultative selling focused on client goals and proposition not product specs

Market leader in NL strong enterprise client list incl ING KPN
PE-backed; visible growth and exit trajectory
Lean team high ownership roles
International presence; engaging product

Growth perspective:
Potential to grow into into senior external sales

Must haves:
57 yrs B2B sales experience (less for a strong fit is okay)
Background in hardware software sales good technical understanding
Strong in consultative selling and stakeholder management
Coachable and able to ramp quickly ideally self-sufficient within 23 months
Team player used to managing/motivating multiple people to win business

Nice to haves:
Network in Dutch AV/digital signage market

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 80k base
40% of base commission
Up to 112k OTE
