Full-cycle ownership: Typical deal size 50K100K; long value-driven sales cycles
Some new logo acquisition through inbound-qualified leads (cold outbound not required but is a plus)
Collaborative team-based sales involving technical experts (IT AV software)
Consultative selling focused on client goals and proposition not product specs

Up to 80k base
