As a registered NDIS provider Edge Employment Solutions NDIS plays a vital role in empowering people with disability to reach their full potential by providing customised employment support. Our services aim to help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to participate in the workforce pursue their goals and live independently.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated NDIS Employment Support Coach to join our this role you will deliver NDIS-funded employment services including School Leaver Employment Supports and Finding and Keeping a Job.
Your primary focus will be to support and mentor NDIS participants helping them overcome barriers and develop the skills necessary to transition into further education or employment through the creation of personalised plan.
As an NDIS Employment Support Coach you wont be office-bound. You will engage directly with participants in the community using a person-centred approach to collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure services are delivered effectively. You will work within the NDIS Commissions Quality Standards Framework ensuring that all services are safe ethical and compliant while maintaining the high standards that have established Edge as a trusted and respected organisation in the community.

This is a part-time position (32.5hrs per week spread across 5 days Monday to Friday) based in the community North of the River with travel required within a 20 km radius of Subiaco.
