As a DaVita RN youll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting ensuring the safety comfort and wellbeing of your patients. Youll work in a fast-paced environment collaborate with our professional team of clinicians and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care.
Dialysis Shift Times & Requirements RN Role
Work Days: Monday through Saturday
Weekends: Required to work 2 Saturdays per month; No Sunday shifts
Shift Times May Include:
M-S2 RN Shifts 5am-2pm 12pm-8:30pm
Requirements:
Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts
Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
Work schedules are always provided in advance to support work-life balance
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess troubleshoot and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a supportive care team
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- 2 years experience with acutely ill patients (ICU ER Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment time management and communication skills
- CNN certification a plus
