Position Purpose:
Under immediate supervision operates monitors and troubleshoots computing platforms systems and peripheral equipment following established computer procedures on assigned shift. Reviews and follows all procedures and documentation in performing associated job duties. Works with I/S groups to ensure service objectives are met.
This is an onsite position 5 days a week. Seeking candidates local to Columbia SC.
This is a day shift position that is from 5:45 am 6:15 pm.
This position will work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Rotates every 4 weeks.

Work Environment: Fast paced multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer. May be required to transport or move materials up to 50 pounds during normal work functions.
