Role Summary:Beach Park Line cooks prepare all menu items to specified quality levels and ensure safe food handling procedures for the safety of guest.
Duties:

Prepares all menu items to specified quality levels.
Inspects food preparation and serving areas to ensure sanitary food-handling practices.
Servesguestwith a sense of urgency.
Controlsserving portions of meals.
Controls food inventory.
Mustmaintaina clean organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
Mustbe 18 years old.
Must have prior food preparation experience.
Must be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificateprior.
Physical Requirements:
Walkingto and from your entire assigned area and stairs when necessary.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Must be able to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat for extended periods of time.
Must be able tolift upto 50lbs.
Mustfrequentlyuse armshandsand fingers to reach and handle tools and controls.
