Make a Difference
The Nurse Transplantation Coordinator directs the coordination of care for Stem Cell Transplantation patients. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care for this population of patients including education multidisciplinary referrals data tracking diagnostics determining protocol eligibility treatment orders consents and other activities essential to the patients overall care.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- 4 years/Bachelors degree in nursing (Preferred)
-Two years oncology clinical nursing
-Four years of oncology/SCT clinical nursing (Preferred)
