Make a Difference

The duties and responsibilities of the Outpatient Nurse Transplantation Coordinator include but are not limited to providing direct outpatient nursing care to patients undergoing autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant CAR T-cell therapy and other cellular therapies across the transplant continuum (pre peri and post-transplant). Perform comprehensive patient assessments. Triage patient phone calls and electronic messages. Assisting with clinic procedures and administrating post-transplant vaccines.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

- 4 years/Bachelors degree in nursing (Preferred)

-Two years oncology clinical nursing

-Four years of oncology/SCT clinical nursing (Preferred)
