As a Coordinator Saleswe rely on you to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Produces required reports for the management of goal setting incentive plans budget and audits.
- Responsible for the production of all reports ensuring that where possible these are fully automated or require minimal manual intervention.
- Assist with the preparation of all training for the department.
- Assist with the collection and reporting of market and competitive data as necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and associated training to improve automation and process efficiencies.
- Works closely with the Shangri-La Singapore sales teams in order to assist with the achievement of overall sales targets for the hotels.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
