Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst- Power BI

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Analytics Solution Specialist with a deep understanding of the United States healthcare payor and provider business lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of healthcare datasets and experience in developing analytics solutions. This role requires the ability to understand client needs convert them into analytics solutions by mapping data requirements creating business logic and owning the delivery process. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL and is essential

Responsibilities

Intermediate years subject matter expert on the Microsoft technology stack - Microsoft Power BI Azure sophisticated analytics and information management technology
Direct Data Source connection to PBI dashboard Value generating Analytic Use cases involving data science and Statistical forecasting / modeling
Should understand databases MS SQL Server Oracle Azure
Proficient on writing queries (DAX & Power Query (M Code)) and converting business requirements into visualization
Working understanding of different data reporting and analytics tools and how they are used within an organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent MS Excel Skills (Vlookup Hlookup Pivot table Power Query logical formulas etc.)
Good oral and written communication skills
A quick learner and a self-starter ready to take on challenging assignments.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Excellent Data Management/MIS Skills (HR MIS reporting will be an added advantage)
SSAS Tabular Model and SSIS would be added advantage

Preferred qualifications
Bachelors / Graduation / Equivalent Preferably masters in business administration
