Job Description:
As a Manager Media Planning (Digital) you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital media plans for clients. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns deliver against client objectives KPIs and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive digital media plans across platforms (Display Video Social Programmatic Search etc.).
Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to understand client objectives and translate them into actionable media plans.
Negotiate with publishers and platforms to secure optimal inventory and pricing.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Prepare and present media plans post-campaign reports and insights to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and platform innovations.
Manage and mentor junior team members ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing Advertising or related field.
Experience: 57 years in digital media planning within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital platforms (Google Meta Programmatic DSPs OTT etc.).
Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
