As an HR Manager we rely on you to:
- Act as a strategic business partner developing and implementing HR strategies to support the hotel in achieving its goals.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department including talent acquisition compensation & benefits learning & development performance management and employee engagement.
- Involve in all business decision and provide guidance and support to leadership team
- Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues engagement
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and address them in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate strong leadership competencies and uphold company values.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizing and strategic planning skills
- Well-versed with the local market and local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations;
- 2 yrs experience in a similar role international hotel group preferred;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
