We are seeking dedicated Client Service Officers to deliver on-site client-centric service and administrative support across the range of services offered by Relationships Australia SA (RASA). In this role you will be responsible for efficiently handling inquiries providing information referrals and managing intake services to accurately assess and address the diverse needs of clients and visitors at RASA sites.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Cert IV Community Services (AQF Level 4) or willingness to undertake the qualification.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- A passion for community services and community well-being.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical.
- Delivering exceptional client service at the initial point of contact and consistently throughout the entire client interaction with RASA adhering to best practices.
- Employing a restorative approach to build strong relationships with internal teams supporting a No wrong door approach in addressing client inquiries.
- Conducting triage and identify service needs for clients and visitors whether on-site or via phone which includes scheduling appointments and providing information about RASA services.
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors at the front desk ensuring a high standard of risk management at the site.
- Demonstrating adaptability in service delivery to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients including those with varying abilities languages and cultural backgrounds both in-person and through digital platforms as they access RASA services.
