Are you mechanically inclined detail-oriented and take pride in quality work Hunter Auto Group is looking for a PDI Accessory Technician to support ourSubaru Hyundai and Volvo dealerships by preparing new and used vehicles for delivery. This role focuses on performing manufacturer-specific pre-delivery inspections and installing OEM-approved accessories. Automotive experience is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic attention to detail and a positive attitude!

As our PDI Accessory Technician youll play a key role in ensuring our Subaru Hyundai and Volvo vehicles meet manufacturer standards and exceed customer expectations before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used Subaru Hyundai and Volvo vehicles in accordance with OEM and dealership guidelines
• Inspect vehicle systems fluids tires lights safety features and driver-assist technologies to ensure proper operation
• Verify vehicle software updates warning indicators and onboard systems as required by manufacturer standards
• Identify document and report any issues requiring repair or correction
• Install OEM and dealership-approved accessories
• Follow manufacturer installation procedures and torque specifications to ensure warranty compliance
• Test installed accessories for proper fitment and functionality
• Complete all inspection checklists and documentation accurately and timely
• Work closely with the service parts and sales teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous automotive mechanical or accessory installation experience (OEM dealership experience is a plus)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with modern vehicle technology
• Ability to read and follow Subaru Hyundai and Volvo service procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• A proactive can-do attitude with a drive to succeed
