Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):

Assist the Physics Lab technician with the weekly setup and takedown of equipment in intro physics labs and other projects as assigned.

Transferable Skills:

The ability to follow direction and work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up labs
Take down labs
Assist with the organization of stockroom

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

Physics lab course experience and general mechanical ability preferred.
Familiarity with proper use and care of physics lab equipment
Ability to follow detailed instructions for arranging often intricate lab set-ups
