What You Will Do

FLSA: Exempt

• Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a NCAA assistant coach or previous experience as a collegiate head coach at the NCAA Division II or III NAIA or NJCAA level; 1-2 years of collegiate coaching experience is preferred.
• Evidence of strong organizational and communication skills.
• Current knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• A commitment to student-athlete welfare and academic success.
• Match Analysis skills and Performance Metrics experience preferred.
