HRIS Coordinator
HUGO BOSS Fashions Inc. New York City United States Full-time

As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team the HRIS Analyst will support the administration of all employee transactions for US and Canada within our HRIS system (SAP) and benefit platforms ensuring data accuracy system integrity and process efficiency.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Enter and maintain employee data organizational structure changes and job information in the HRIS system (SAP)
  • Provide administrative support on the data management of all benefit administration platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checks
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding paperwork process to ensure accurate employment records are maintained and the timely completion of I-9s
  • Assist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Support with large data imports
  • Assist with responding troubleshooting and resolving IT tickets routed to the SAP HR Team
  • Support the HRIS Team to resolve system discrepancies between SAP and other system integrations
  • Participate in UAT testing and documentation of new procedures as required
  • Collaborate with Payroll Benefits and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needs
  • Participate in other HRIS-related projects and assists in the testing and documentation of new processes and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and security standards.
Your profile:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • 1 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • HRIS data entry experience preferredSAP knowledge a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel experience preferred
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity
  • Exercises sound judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to stay organized
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees

The expected base hourly rangefor this position is from $24 - $26. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience education and where applicable certifications obtained.
