Job Summary

  • serve as a critical sparring partner for C-level executives to refine performance and growth strategies with focus on digital products and technical platforms
  • initiate and manage corporate development projects that significantly influence our companys strategic direction
  • analyze financial and operational performance reports and leverage assessments of competitive dynamics and internal metrics to guide crucial business decisions
  • utilize your knowledge of digital business models to optimize operations and explore new growing business models for Axel Springers media and commerce units to drive transformative change within the organization
  • engage with various departments to address challenges drive organizational change and ensure the company surpasses its objectives

Qualifications :

  • a completed masters degree MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • at least 5 years of experience in a fast-growing organization or management consulting / investment banking with a focus on media digital products or tech environment
  • strong organizational capabilities and proven leadership experience steering teams through complex business landscapes
  • strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • excellent German and English language skills
