Skills required:

Strong communication skills (Verbal Listening Writing) Innovative Pro-active & Reliable able to work alone and within a team Proficient with the use of computer systems positive outlook and outgoing personality

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To complete a full and correct shift handover with duties handover sheets completed and filed
• To be fully versatile with all hotel facilities and actively promote them
• To register guest into the Hotel taking into account legal requirements Marriott International Company polices and Marriott standards
• To liaise with the Manager or Shift Leader regards VIP and all other special arrivals of the day and deliver required standard on JW Marriott
• To be able to assist with guest queries regarding places of interest such as shopping entertainment theatres restaurants etc
• To be familiar with daily hotels information in the Daily Rehearsal
• To handle guest complaints according to the LEARN and empowerment processes referring to the Shift Leader as appropriate.
