- Needs Assessment:Liaise with managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
- Program Development:Design and create training materials modules manuals and presentations (e-learning or in-person).
- Delivery:Facilitate engaging training sessions workshops and seminars for new hires (onboarding) and existing employees.
- Onboarding:Manage new employee induction covering company culture policies and job expectations.
- Evaluation& Reporting:Assess training effectiveness through tests and feedback reporting results to management and making improvements.
- Content Management:Keep training materials updated with current HR trends and best practices.
- Coaching & Support:Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees addressing concerns and promoting growth.
- Strategic Alignment:Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure training initiatives support overall business objectives.
- Continuous Learning:Foster a culture of ongoing learning and development within the organization.
