Job Summary

Are you detail-oriented tech-savvy and passionate about delivering accurate financial results Were looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Real Estate Management Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic property management environment and make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process tenant receipting and supplier invoices using MRI system.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting for management contracts.
  • Perform end-of-month bank reconciliations and creditor payment runs.
  • Support Property and Facility Managers with accounting queries.
  • Maintain accurate property management records and ensure timely creditor payments.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and manage a high volume of work.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience with property accounting systems is a plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
