Job Summary
As a Platform Support Intern you will be embedded on a team that provides 24/7 operations monitoring and support for ATPCOs Public and Private cloud products. The team manages the foundational platforms that our product teams utilize to build deploy and host scalable and reliable products.
You will:
- Monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools jobs applications and platforms
- Work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree or currently working towards a degree in CS IT or similar
- Good understanding of operating systems
- Familiarity with SQL
- Knowledge of Java C or similar programming languages
