Were hiring a full-time Recruiter to own a meaningful book of client work and to represent our clients and candidates with care judgment and urgency. This role is for a recruiter who is comfortable leading weekly client meetings and who thrives on a collaborative team with clear expectations and the support to do their best work without burning out.
We operate as a true extension of our clients teams. That means youll be trusted to lead searches end-to-end partner directly with hiring managers and guide hiring decisions. You wont be doing this alone. Youll be supported by sourcing and recruiting operations teammates so you can stay focused on the work that actually requires recruiter judgment: intake evaluation communication and closing.
What Youll Do
- Own and manage multiple active searches across fractional and contingency engagements
- Lead intake conversations with clients to clarify expectations success profiles and hiring priorities
- Partner closely with sourcing specialists to shape and refine sourcing strategies
- Review candidate pipelines and make thoughtful timely decisions about who moves forward
- Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients about progress risks and tradeoffs
- Advise clients on candidate fit compensation and hiring decisions
- Work closely with recruiting coordinators to ensure candidates have a positive well-run experience
- Keep ATS data notes and workflows accurate and up to date
- Push searches forward with urgency while maintaining quality and care
- Represent FractionalRecruiters values in every interaction with clients candidates and teammates

Required Qualifications

- 3 years of experience running full-cycle recruiting searches ideally in a high-touch client-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple open roles at once while maintaining quality and momentum
- Comfort partnering directly with hiring managers and advising them through hiring decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills especially in client-facing situations
- Sound judgment when evaluating candidates for both competence and culture fit
- Experience working with sourcing partners recruiting coordinators or operations support
- Ability to stay organized manage details and keep work moving without close supervision
- Comfort working in a fully remote high-trust environment
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools
- Authorization to work in the United States
