As we continue our rapid expansion across Central Europe we are looking for a creative experienced Strategic Account Executive to take the lead on one of Germanys most influential online retail technology platforms a Berlinbased fashion and lifestyle marketplace serving millions of customers across Europe. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales you will build and deepen strategic relationships lead highimpact commercial opportunities and take ownership for delivering performance against ambitious targets - giving you the opportunity to shape the customers data and AI strategy identify and progress highvalue opportunities and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
You will take full ownership of this flagship enterprise account setting a bold strategy to outperform ambitious revenue and consumption goals.
You will execute with pace and precision turning strategy into action and consistently exceeding your targets.
You will build true boardroomlevel trust acting as the goto data and AI advisor for senior and Clevel stakeholders.
You will continuously create and shape new business expanding strategic use cases and driving deep longterm platform adoption.
You will mobilise the full Databricks ecosystem to unlock maximum value and measurable outcomes for the customer.
You will lead highstakes insightled negotiations successfully closing complex multiyear opportunities.
Strong track record of beating revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments.
At least 7 years of extensive experience managing large retail enterprise accounts in Germany with deep retailvertical expertise.
A consulting background or a blend of industry and sales experience as well as deep knowledge of the retail vertical would also be considered.
Proven success selling sophisticated data AI or highly technical software in multistakeholder multiyear deals.
Solid understanding of consumptionbased landandexpand models and a track record of significantly growing a single strategic account is preferred.
Evidence of creating and shaping demand that delivers measurable business value.
Proficiency with structured sales methodologies (e.g. account planning MEDDPICC Value Selling Command of the Message).
Experience building champions and crossfunctional account teams around a clear account strategy.
Experience leveraging partners to extend reach and accelerate deal cycles.
Ability to identify highimpact data and AI use cases and key buying centres within large organisations.
We are a customerfirst company; therefore willingness and ability to travel to the customer on a regular basis is essential (4050%).
Fluent German and English with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders up to Clevel.
