Job Summary
Caesar Augustus is a dynamic and welcoming establishment offering a premier bar experience to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area equipment and storage spaces.
Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality
Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed
Sets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each day
Qualifications :
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Bar Manager
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership potential with a hands-on team-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of cocktails spirits and bar service techniques.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education: A degree or certification in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Certifications: Responsible beverage service certification (if applicable in your location).
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
