We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions with a focus on the Japanese market but providing support across the APJ region as needs arise. You will be ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners driving strategic hiring initiatives and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Japanese and Asia markets ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Promote the companys employer brand through social media job boards and regional events to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in an in-house recruitment role ideally within a multinational organization.
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology or software industry recruitment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
