Associate Dentist Private Only
Bankhouse Dental Care Airdrie PortmanDentex
We are looking for a confident and motivated Private Associate Dentist to join our established and forward-thinking practice in Airdrie North Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental professional who is looking to start their private dental journey and convert a large NHS list to private with the support of the practice team and Denplan.
The Opportunity
- Private-only role
- Up to 5 days per week
- High demand for private treatments
- Excellent earning potential based on performance
- Full-time surgery availability MondayFriday
This role is suitable for clinicians who can work independently. Overseas applicants are welcome only if no mentoring or supervision is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality private dental care
- Build strong patient relationships and grow private uptake
- Provide excellent patient experiences with a personalised approach
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work collaboratively with the wider practice team
- Adhere to all clinical governance and health & safety regulations
About You
- BDS or equivalent qualification
- Current GDC registration and valid UK licence to practise
- Experience in private dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-focused detail-oriented and clinically confident
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment
