This position is responsible for creating a seamless memorable and safe experience for all guest upon arrival during stay and when guest depart from the hotel.
Assist guests as they arrive at the hotel taking charge of their vehicle and luggage.
Handles any ad hoc requests for taxis/transportations and assures timely follow-up.
Ensures that all vehicles can circulate freely at the front entrance/driveway. Manage the queue at the front entrance to avoid jam.
Ensures the smooth transfer of guests luggage on arrival and departure within the specified timing in accordance to the operating standards.
