Responsibilities:
- Support Human Resources Services for all HR products
- Consult customers through various interaction channels
- Process electronic requests via email chat and internal ticketing systems
- Register classify and finalize customer orders in the order management system
- Maintain close cooperation with team leaders and back office departments
- Address process difficulties to HIS Specialists or Process Manager
- Maintain and update process documentation in the knowledge management system
- Provide training and support to new joiners and junior colleagues
- Track and escalate service quality issues following established procedures
- Answer inquiries from employees managers and candidates using available tools
- Suggest improvements for processes procedures and technologies
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the hierarchical superior
