Job Summary
- Help collect analyze and report operational data using Power BI and Excel and learn how data supports decision-making
- Support daily departmental needs such as office supply orders training requests facility needs fixed asset tracking and 5S checks
- Assist with market and industry research and help summarize findings for the team
- Take part in improving and digitalizing processes including basic documentation simple automation tasks and teamwork with different teams
- Support the end-to-end (360) organization of meetings events summits and site visits while using modern digital collaboration tools
Qualifications :
- Currently a university student in Business Industrial Engineering Economics or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling with willingness or initial experience in Power BI data visualization or reporting tools
- Organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple tasks such as operational support research and coordination activities
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft 365 Teams); exposure to ERP automation or AI-assisted tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills fluent in English proactive mindset and interest in event organization teamwork and learning in a fast-paced environment
